Use our website to shop online or use our search tool to locate a specific part. you may “Add to cart” for purchase or “Request a Quote.” If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us and we will assist you. 

First, use the search tool and search by manufacturers/part number, once you find what you are looking for, click the “Request A Quote” button. After you have added the item click the “View Quote” link or visit the “View Quote”  page here. Add the part to your Request For Quote form along with the details and comments (e.g., New Factory Sealed Only)  and submit your RFQ.

Pricing and availability can also be requested by phone, email or fax. Please visit our contact page if you want to use one of these methods instead of the RFQ process.

Most orders will ship same day. Any orders processed after 3:30 P.M. (EST) will ship the following day.

Yes. Our parts come with a 14 day warranty.

Please contact us regarding returns and a representative will contact you with further details. If an item fails to work because it is defective, the defective item must be returned within 14 days. After we receive the item back at our facility, we will confirm that the item is indeed ours and defective. After we make our confirmations then we will replace the defective item with an equivalent item. If a replacement is not available, PLC Toolbox Supply will refund the cost of the item.

Yes. In most cases there is a 25% restocking fee.

PLC Toolbox Supply is located in the state of Michigan and is required by law to collect and remit sales tax on purchases for delivery within Michigan. If you are exempt, customers must provide the correct paperwork to waive taxes, fees, or charges at the time of purchase.
